Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or that results will meet every specific need. This disclaimer does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Textscompare shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
For EU consumers, this limitation does not exclude liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Indemnification
If you use the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, you agree to indemnify Textscompare against resulting claims or liabilities.
This clause does not apply to EU consumers where such indemnification would be considered unfair under applicable consumer law.
